Overview: We are currently seeking a sales professional that would feel comfortable selling to senior level executives and business owners. This is a B2B market using a highly consultative sales approach. You will target CEO’s, CFO’s, Risk Managers and other high-level executives. IF you can’t see yourself in a consultative selling environment, with a proposal in the 50k-250k range, this position is not for you.
Our Firm: Strategic Insurance Services is fiercely independent risk management and insurance consulting firm located in St Petersburg/Clearwater, Florida. Our commitment to our core values of integrity, excellence and service is what drives us to serve our community each day.
Compensation: We prefer candidates that want to make $100k but not overnight. This is not a get rich quick opportunity. First year commissions can average $60k based on the right skill set. Compensation includes generous, competitive commissions, IRA with Matching, Gym Membership, Health Insurance Reimbursement, & Pension opportunity.
Experience: We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate success in a B2B environment. IF you have not developed your own prospects in the past and are not comfortable with generating your own prospects in the future, this is NOT the career for you.
Education/Training– In addition to your sales experience, an undergraduate degree is a minimum education level for this position. First class training, support, company partnerships and prospects will be provided.
